Liberian authorities report that four US Navy ships will arrive today to provide training and community service: USNS 2nd Lt John P. Bobo (T-Ak 3008), USNS LCPL Roy M. Wheat (T-AK 3016), HSV Swift, and USS Fort Mc Henry.
They are working under the auspices of the Africa Partnership Station, which is making its first visit to Liberia.
Schools and clinics will be renovated, veterinary personnel will receive training, and Liberian forces will receive training, too.
To my knowledge this is the first appearance of Wheat and Bobo in the area, at least recently, but I will have to do further research on that.

Looks like their first.
Brings the total ship count in and out to 4 warships, 1 submarine, and now 2 MSC ships over the total period.
